Brandi and Marchal’s story began at Cal Poly where they met as students and fell in love. It was no surprise to their family and friends that they would return to SLO to marry.  With the help of Marchal’s sister who was also recently married in the SLO area, Brandi and Marchal planned an afternoon/evening they and their guests would never forget. The details of the wedding were important to them both but most importantly, they were set on enjoying their friends and family and having a great time. Brandi and Marchal frequently ran Marathons in cities across the country and even out of country on occasion. They named each of their guest tables after these marathons and hung their medals around the neck of the centerpiece vases. Brandi wanted to incorporate her grandfather’s vintage Harley Davidson motorcycle into the day so her father trailered it from Northern California to The Gardens so Brandi’s Grandfather would be represented that day. They dined and danced and had a great time that evening. Marchal’s father, a great artist and collector of antiques, crafted special signs that were hung all throughout the gardens. His most clever act, were the rhyming signs he hung all along Los Berros Road leading up to The Gardens at Peacock Farms. They read:

The Union of Marchal & Brandi

‘Cause they’re tying the knot

At 3 on the Clock

A Journey through life

As they start an adventure as Husband & Wife

There they will start their quest

And we’ll wish em “all the best”…

You’re almost at the site
